IKEA Scarborough layout projects in FY24:
Improve instant gratification by tripling the quantity of small furniture for immediate takeaway from 65 to 200.
Increase conversion by redirecting traffic to create the IKEA concept 1-way flow as opposed to a free flow.
Increase dollar per square feet by increasing product density in various display compacts. (reduction of aisles to minimum standard)

We remodeled the entire Showroom Entrance area. This remodel included six new room settings, a new Open The Wallet area, a new Vitality Media, a Tween Hangout area, and an update to the Vaughan Planning Studio.
